Basic Instructions

If you have purchased Lifetime Influence, then please skip below to Lifetime Instructions. If you have purchased Basic LinkedInfluence, then please continue with the Basic Instructions below (if you have also purchased an upgrade, then please also follow the Basic LinkedInfluence below).

Please submit your order at grindworks@ymail.com and provide the following information below:

• Please use the name of the product on the receipt as the email subject line;
• Your full name;
• Your email used to make your purchase;
• Your link, article/blog, website, book, product/service etc;
• Your link to your LinkedIn profile (if available);
• Your receipt/proof of purchase (please provide us with a screenshot where we can see your name or email, the name of the product, the date of purchase and the purchase price. We do not accept attachments)

We need all the above information before we can process your order.

To avoid potential abuse, please make sure that you submit your order within 21 days of your purchase, otherwise we will not accept your order after 21 days and no refund will be provided! (This does not apply to Lifetime Influence)

Lifetime Instructions 

Please follow the same instructions set out in the Basic Instructions above plus the instructions below (if you have also purchased an upgrade, then please also follow the Upgraded Lifetime Instructions below).

We will promote your content EVERY month for life, so that every month, your content will be seen by a large audience! We will promote your content every 30 days. Please make sure that you submit the same order to us every 30 days so that we can continue to promote your content!

Upgraded Basic Instructions

If you have purchased an upgraded package, e.g. double, triple promotion etc, then please follow the same instructions set out in the Basic Instructions above plus the instructions below.

• Please make sure to use the name of the most upgraded product in the email subject line;
• Please provide receipts/proof of purchase for both the basic and upgraded product (please provide us with a screenshot where we can see your name or email, the name of the products, the date of purchase and the purchase prices. We do not accept attachments)

Please carefully make sure you submit the correct order for the upgrade. For example, if you purchased an upgrade for double promotion and mistakenly submitted an order to us for the basic list, then we will process the basic order and cannot make refunds or reprocess for the upgraded order.

The upgraded package is an upgrade of the basic package and therefore counts as the same purchase. Please only submit one order per purchase.

Upgraded Lifetime Instructions

If you have purchased an upgraded Lifetime Targeted Email List Builder, e.g. double, triple promotion etc, then please follow the same instructions set out in the Lifetime Instructions above plus the instructions below.

• Please make sure to use the name of the most upgraded product in the email subject line;
• Please provide receipts/proof of purchase for both the Lifetime and upgraded Lifetime product (please provide us with a screenshot where we can see your name or email, the name of the products, the date of purchase and the purchase prices. We do not accept attachments)
• Remember to submit your order every 30 days for us to promote your content for life.

Promotion

Once we have received your order, it shall be placed in a queue waiting to be processed. Once processed, we shall deliver your list in approximately 7 working days (not including weekends)

Please be aware that in cases of high demand and busy queues, processing may sometimes take longer usual. In such cases, we kindly ask that you remain patient with us as we will deliver your list as soon as we can.

On Lifetime Influence, you may choose to promote more than one content, however only one promoted content at a time. E.g. You can promote content 1 on month 1 then switch to content 2 on month 2. Or you can promote promote content 1 on months 1-3 then switch to content 2 on months 4-5 then back to content 1 on months 6-7. It's up to you!

On double/triple promotion packages, you can choose to promote content 1 three times or promote 2-3 contents one time each!

We have the discretion to refuse to promote content that is inappropriate or unsuitable, in which case, you are allowed to provide another piece of content that is appropriate and suitable.

Conditions

• Our responsibility is strictly to promote your content but we are not responsible for any outcome as a result of the promotion (including sales, opt-ins, contact, offers etc);
• An audience acts on their own accord. Their decision to make contact, opt-in or purchase are entirely their own and beyond our control;
• Promoting your content to a large audience can improve your potential for opt-ins and sales. However, content will always remain king and will therefore remain a huge factor in influencing the rate of conversion. We have no influence on your level of opt-ins or sales etc as we do not dictate or have control over your content. We therefore strongly suggest that you review your own content on a regular basis to maximize the conversion rate of the traffic;
• Your success is also heavily influenced by the content and layout of your LinkedIn profile. To maximise your chances of success, we highly recommend that you regularly review and improve your profile. We have no control or responsibility of your profile so it is your responsibility to ensure that it is well-maintained;
• Although we can promote your content to a large audience, we cannot anticipate every niche or content as the variety across all our customers are infinite. Audiences will naturally be more receptive to some niches/content over others. Your success is ultimately dictated by the the niche/content of what you wish to promote;
• We have made great efforts to outline our instructions as clear as possible to ensure smooth delivery for all our customers. Therefore we are not responsible for any results from our customers' incorrect use of our instructions;
• By submitting your order with the required information, you imply that you have read, understood and accepted the contents of this page; therefore no refunds can be issued once the order has been submitted to us for process;
• For Lifetime Influence - cancellations can be made at any time after 3 months (3 months minimum subscription required) from the date of purchase and will be subject to a 30 day notice period. Any payment already made will not be refunded and any payment due within the 30 day period shall remain payable
