Basic Instructions

If you have purchased Lifetime Automatic Traffic, then please skip below to Lifetime Instructions. If you have purchased Automatic Traffic, then please continue with the Basic Instructions below (if you have also purchased an upgrade, then please also follow the Upgraded Basic Instructions below).

Please submit your order at grindworks@ymail.com and provide the following information below:

• Please use the name of the product on the receipt as the email subject line;
• Your full name;
• Your email used to make your purchase;
• Your link where you would like traffic to be sent to;
• A short description about your link;
• Up to 5 keywords that you want to target; and
• Your receipt/proof of purchase (please provide us with a screenshot where we can see your name or email, the name of the product, the date of purchase and the purchase price. We do not accept attachments)
• You must also copy and paste the following into your email: "I have read, understood and accept the contents and conditions set out for this order". 

We need all the above information before we can process your order. We cannot process your order unless you provide the above statement that you have read, understood and accept the content and conditions set out. 

To avoid potential abuse of traffic, please make sure that you submit your order within 21 days of your purchase, otherwise we will not accept your order after 21 days and no refund will be provided! (This does not apply to Lifetime Automatic Traffic)

Lifetime Instructions 

Please follow the same instructions set out in the Basic Instructions above plus the instructions below (if you have also purchased an upgrade, then please also follow the Upgraded Lifetime Instructions below).

You will receive traffic every single month for life. We will process a new stream of traffic for you every 30 days. Please make sure that you submit the same order to us every 30 days so that we can continue to drive traffic to you.

Upgraded Basic Instructions

If you have purchased an upgraded package, e.g. double, triple traffic etc, then please follow the same instructions set out in the Basic Instructions above plus the instructions below.

• Please make sure to use the name of the most upgraded product in the email subject line;
• Please provide receipts/proof of purchase for both the basic and upgraded product (please provide us with a screenshot where we can see your name or email, the name of the products, the date of purchase and the purchase prices. We do not accept attachments)

Please carefully make sure you submit the correct order for the upgrade. For example, if you purchased an upgrade for double traffic and mistakenly submitted an order to us for the basic traffic, then we will process the basic order and cannot make refunds or reprocess for the upgraded order.

The upgraded package is an upgrade of the basic package and therefore counts as the same purchase. Please only submit one order per purchase.

Upgraded Lifetime Instructions

If you have purchased an upgraded Lifetime Automatic Traffic, e.g. double, triple traffic etc, then please follow the same instructions set out in the Lifetime Instructions above plus the instructions below.

• Please make sure to use the name of the most upgraded product in the email subject line;
• Please provide receipts/proof of purchase for both the Lifetime and upgraded Lifetime product (please provide us with a screenshot where we can see your name or email, the name of the products, the date of purchase and the purchase prices. We do not accept attachments)
• Remember to submit your order every 30 days for us to process your traffic for life.

Traffic Delivery

Once we have received your order, it shall be placed in a queue waiting to be processed. Once processed, traffic should take approximately 7 working days to take effect and we shall send you a tracking link so that you can keep track of your traffic.

We will send you traffic daily. If you have purchased the basic package, this will be between 100 to 500 unique visitors each day for 30 days (approximately 15,000 unique visitors in total). The numbers can vary slightly depending on your content or product/offer.

If you have purchased an upgraded package, this number may be double or triple depending on the upgraded package you purchased.

If you have purchased Lifetime Automatic Traffic, we will send unique visitors to you every day (please make sure you follow the instructions carefully for us to provide you daily traffic for life)

Please be aware that in cases of high demand and busy queues, processing may sometimes take longer usual. In such cases, we kindly ask that you remain patient with us as we will deliver your traffic and tracking link after.

Conditions

• Our responsibility is to provide you with quality traffic to your link but we are not responsible for any communication, opt-ins or sales by visitors;
• A visitor to your link acts on their own accord. Their decision to make contact, opt-in or purchase are entirely their own and beyond our control;
• Having increased traffic to your link can improve your potential for opt-ins and sales. However, content will always remain king and will therefore remain a huge factor in influencing the rate of conversion. We have no influence on your level of opt-ins or sales as we do not dictate or have control over your content. We therefore strongly suggest that you review your own content on a regular basis to maximize the conversion rate of the traffic;
• Although we guarantee quality traffic/visitors to your site, we cannot guarantee the level of that traffic. Based on our previous cases, customers on a basic package can expect up to 15,000 visitors in 30 days (or up 500 visitors per day). Customers on an upgraded package can expect double or triple traffic depending on their purchase. However as mentioned above, content will always remain king and your level of traffic can fluctuate depending on the quality of your content. We therefore strongly suggest that you review your own content on a regular basis to maximize the level of traffic we send to you;
• We solely rely on Google Analytics to keep track of the traffic sent to your link. This ensures that the tracking is fair, accurate and objective since Google Analytics is a trusted source and within our control. It is for this reason that we are only responsible and accountable for trackings as displayed in Google Analytics. We are not responsible or accountable for any trackings displayed elsewhere as there are many tracking systems available, some of which are internal to their respective sites, beyond our control and/or less trustworthy or accurate than Google Analytics;
• We have have made great efforts to outline our instructions as clear as possible to ensure smooth traffic for all our customers. Therefore we are not responsible for any results from our customers' incorrect use of our instructions;
• By submitting your order with the required information, you imply that you have read, understood and accepted the contents of this page; therefore no refunds can be issued once the order has been submitted to us for process;
• For Lifetime Automatic Traffic - cancellations can be made at any time after 3 months (3 month minimum subscription required) from the date of purchase and will be subject to a 30 day notice period. Any payment already made will not be refunded and any payment due within the 30 day period shall remain payable
