Our subscription products are subject to membership fees in which payment will be taken in accordance to the terms of each product outlined on the salespage and/checkout page.

Refunds for subscriptions are only possible for technical issues, such as access issues that we cannot resolve.

All subscription payments received are due and payable. The cancellation process of subscriptions are subject to 1 month's notice in writing. Immediate cancellation without notice is not permitted. When providing your notice, please email us with the following information:

• Subject line: Cancellation of [product name]
• Your full name
• Your username you used to purchase the product
• Your email used to purchase the product
• Copy and paste the following "I wish to give my 1 month's notice to cancel [product name]"
• Your proof of purchase

Once we have received all of the information above, we shall then provide instructions of the cancellation process. Cancellation instructions will not be provided until you have provided the information above. Please note that all customers are responsible for the management of their own accounts and purchases; we have no control or access over either.

When you enter your email to purchase and receive this product, you are also consenting to be added to our email list. We will only use your email to send you information about our new upcoming products or other products that we recommend that are related to your interests. We will never share your email with any other party.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase

Personal information we collect
