Basic Instructions

If you have purchased Lifetime YTAW, then please skip below to Lifetime Instructions. If you have purchased the basic YTAW, then please continue with the Basic Instructions below (if you have also purchased an upgrade, then please also follow the Upgraded Basic Instructions below).

Please submit your order at grindworks@ymail.com and provide the following information below:

• Please use the name of the product on the receipt as the email subject line;
• Your full name;
• Your email used to make your purchase;
• Your YouTube video link
• 5 keywords you wish to target
• Your receipt/proof of purchase (please provide us with a screenshot where we can see your name or email, the name of the product, the date of purchase and the purchase price. We do not accept attachments)
• You must also copy and paste the following into your email: "I have read, understood and accept the contents and conditions set out for this order". 

We need all the above information before we can process your order. We cannot process your order unless you provide the above statement that you have read, understood and accept the content and conditions set out. 

To avoid potential abuse of traffic, please make sure that you submit your order within 21 days of your purchase, otherwise we will not accept your order after 21 days and no refund will be provided! (This does not apply to Lifetime YTAW)

Lifetime Instructions 

Please follow the same instructions set out in the Basic Instructions above plus the instructions below (if you have also purchased an upgrade, then please also follow the Upgraded Lifetime Instructions below). Please also provide:

• Your receipt/proof of purchase for Lifetime YTAW (please provide us with a screenshot where we can see your name or email, the name of the product, the date of purchase and the purchase price. We do not accept attachments)

We will promote your video to a large audience every month. Please make sure that you submit the same order to us every 30 days so that we can continue to promote your video.

Upgraded Basic Instructions

If you have purchased an upgraded package, e.g. double, triple audience etc, then please follow the same instructions set out in the Basic Instructions above plus the instructions below.

• Please make sure to use the name of the most upgraded product in the email subject line;
• Please provide receipts/proof of purchase for both the basic and upgraded product (please provide us with a screenshot where we can see your name or email, the name of the products, the date of purchase and the purchase prices. We do not accept attachments)

Please carefully make sure you submit the correct order for the upgrade. For example, if you purchased an upgrade for double audience and mistakenly submitted an order to us for the basic audience, then we will process the basic order and cannot make refunds or reprocess for the upgraded order.

The upgraded package is an upgrade of the basic package and therefore counts as the same purchase. Please only submit one order per purchase.

Upgraded Lifetime Instructions

If you have purchased an upgraded Lifetime YTAW, e.g. double, triple targeted audience etc, then please follow the same instructions set out in the Lifetime Instructions above plus the instructions below.

• Please make sure to use the name of the most upgraded product in the email subject line;
• Please provide receipts/proof of purchase for both the Lifetime and upgraded Lifetime product (please provide us with a screenshot where we can see your name or email, the name of the products, the date of purchase and the purchase prices. We do not accept attachments)
• Remember to submit your order every 30 days for us to continue to promote your video

Video Promotion

Once we have received your order, it shall be placed in a queue waiting to be processed. Once processed, we shall deliver your list in approximately 7 working days (not including weekends).

Please be aware that in cases of high demand and busy queues, processing may sometimes take longer usual. In such cases, we kindly ask that you remain patient with us as we will process as soon as we can.

Conditions

• Our responsibility is to strictly promote and expose your video across our large social media networks. Please be aware that although promotion increases the likelihood of views, click-throughs, opt-ins and purchases, they are not 100% guaranteed. We are not responsible for any views, opt-ins or sales from that promotion;
• An audience acts on their own accord. Their decision to view the videos, opt-in or make a purchase are entirely their own and beyond our control;
• Video and description content will always remain king and will therefore remain a huge factor in influencing the rate of views and conversions. We have no influence on your level of views, opt-ins or sales as we do not dictate or have control over your content. We therefore strongly suggest that you review your own content on a regular basis to maximize the conversion rate of the audience;
• We cannot anticipate every niche as the variety of niches are infinite. Although we try to promote to an even number of audiences across all niches, some niches will unavoidably have more targeted audiences and some will have less. Therefore, although we target a large audience, we cannot guarantee the size of the audience for each niche as the it is ultimately dictated by the niche you are targeting;
• We have made great efforts to outline our instructions as clear as possible to ensure smooth delivery for all our customers. Therefore we are not responsible for any results from our customers' incorrect use of our instructions;
• By submitting your order with the required information, you imply that you have read, understood and accepted the contents of this page; therefore no refunds can be issued once the order has been submitted to us for process;
• For Lifetime YTAW - cancellations can be made at any time after 3 months (3 months minimum subscription required) from the date of purchase and will be subject to a 30 day notice period. Any payment already made will not be refunded and any payment due within the 30 day period shall remain payable
